[edit] Plot summary

In the previous episode, Anjohl Tennan (Dukat) got very close to Kai Winn, Benjamin Sisko married Kasidy Yates despite warnings from the Prophets, and Ezri Dax and Worf were beamed by the Breen aboard a Jem'Hadar ship.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Thot Gor, of the Breen, presents Dax and Worf to the changeling as a gift. The Breen are accepted into the Dominion regardless of Damar's disapproval of the treaty and its consequences for Cardassia.

The mood in Quark's bar is somber, as the crew misses Worf and Dax. Sisko isn't well either, as his wife begins to be uncomfortable with being married to an important figure in Bajoran religion.

During a confrontation with their captors, Worf slays Weyoun, though this is ultimately pointless as another clone would be sent in. After some discussion, Damar realizes that the Dominion is not a good thing for Carassia. He frees Worf and Dax and informs them he will help the Federation.

Anjohl convinces Winn to walk the path of the Pah-wraiths.
