[edit] Storm history

On September 13, a tropical wave exited the western coast of Africa and crossed the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea without development. On September 25, the system crossed Panama and moved into the eastern Pacific Ocean. Convection began to develop in the tropical wave but the system stayed disorganized until September 30.[1]
