I could have labeled this anything, but context looked best. The first sentence should read:

  • xxx is blah, blah, blah.

Again See: Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Article_titles. Note, if this business is out-of-business, then "was" is appropriate and it should be noted, as close as possible, the last day of business. If still in business, should be "is". Also, should note that is USA, somehow, as Virginia is a common naming convention per English history. --meatclerk 01:36, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
