Stormy Weather is a Courage the Cowardly Dog season 3 episode.

A Storm Goddess who has recently lost her dog arrives on the farm. When she sees Courage he reminds her of her dog Duncan and after eating dinner with Muriel she says that she is taking Courage with her. She and Muriel start fighting and Courage sets out to find the original dog. In Burgers Really Cheap! (see episode 11 Heads of Beef) Mr. Mouse tells him that the dog is in a sewer. Courage goes down to find Duncan under the spell of a massive dog bone called the God Bone that Duncan cannot stop licking. Courage starts licking the bone too but manages to free himself. When Courage tries to take the God Bone away so Duncan will go with him, the dog skeletons surrounding the bone come to life and attack Courage. Courage smashes them to pieces with the giant bone and escapes and returns home where he finds the Storm Goddess and Muriel still fighting. The Storm Goddess sees Duncan, but he ignores her since he is under the God Bone spell. But when Courage acts lovingly towards her, Duncan grows jealous and leaves the God Bone. Courage returns to Muriel as the Storm Goddess and Duncan leave.

Burgers Really Cheap! now seems to have a different design inside.

The girl who plays the Storm Goddess appears in the episode Courage Meets the Mummy talking to the mummy in the airplane and in the episode Curtain of Cruelty with a bazooka while affected by the cruelty. Like many other characters in Courage the Cowardly Dog she is just a background character who plays other roles.
