Stop being a ninja! Tsunade's notice (Japanese: 忍者を辞めろ！ツナデの通告, - Ninja o yamero! Tsunade no tsūkoku) is episode 98 of the anime series Naruto. The episode's storyline is from the Tsunade's Decision manga arc.

Tsunade returns to Konohagakure and heals Kakashi and Sasuke. However her diagnosis of Rock Lee has heartbreaking consequences for him and his future. She explains that there is a chance - a surgery that only she can perform. The success rate is only 50%, and if it fails, Rock Lee will die. Rock Lee is shocked. So is Guy. Rock Lee leaves the room and the episode ends.
