Stop, Look, and Be Safe is the 14th episode in season 2 in the Barney & Friends television show which airs on the Public Broadcasting Service. The episode features Bob West as the voice of Barney, West was featured on the show from 1992 - 2001.

Barney teaches the children safety rules for the playground and around the neighborhood. They learn to never talk to strangers, hold hands when crossing the street and to always wear a seatbelt in the car.
