Stone Hill Winery is located in Hermann, Missouri, with additional locations in Branson and New Florence, Missouri. It was established in 1847. It is the largest winery in Missouri, and once was the second-largest in the United States, producing 1,250,000 gallons of wine per year in 1900. It was closed due to Prohibition in 1920, and was the first winery in the state to reopen, in 1965. Wine production in the year 2004 was 200,000 gallons.

Its premier wine is a full-bodied red, made from the Norton variety.
