Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Earl completes another item from his list where he stole Pop's Hot Dog Cart. Earl drove it away into the woods because the hot dog competition paid Earl's Gang to do it. He planned to return it but, the competition burned the cart down forever. Earl then tried to raise enough money to buy a new one.

[edit] Trivia

  • The scene where the gang is arriving at Winky Dinky Dog's Office is a reference to the arrival of O-Ren-Ishihi at the tea house in Kill Bill
  • When the gang is "working" at Winky Dinky Dog's Office, Darnell is pushing a supply cart around and putting office supplies on people's desks. It is a reference to an OfficeMax commercial starring Eddie Steeples (Darnell) where he did the same thing.
  • When the gang is arriving at Winky Dinky Dog's Office, we learn that Randy is bringing four beers with him because it makes him a better liar. It is a direct reference to the Pilot episode where Earl explained this phenomenon in detail.
