Stockholm urban area

The Stockholm urban area extends into 11 municipalities in Stockholm County, and is the municipal seat of 10 of those. The population at the end of 2000 is 1.2 million.

As of December 31, 2000 the population is 1,212,196, the land area is 375.25 km² (144.88 mi²), and population density is 3,230.34 inh/km² (8,366.62 inh/mi²)
