Stockholm commuter rail or Stockholms pendeltåg is the commuter rail system in Stockholm County, Sweden. There are 51 stations on the lines, of which two are outside Stockholm County, Bålsta in Uppsala County and Gnesta in Södermanland County.

A new station, Årstaberg, was opened on January 9, 2006 between Älvsjö and Stockholms södra, providing an interchange option with the Tvärbanan light rail.

There are also plans for a new tunnel, Citybanan, beneath central Stockholm that will alleviate the current bottleneck south of the central station. The tunnel will go between Stockholms Södra station and Tomteboda, with new stations at central Stockholm and Odenplan, and abandoning the stations Karlberg and Stockholm central station from commuter rail use. The construction of the tunnel will begin in 2006 and is expected to be finished by 2011.
