Narrowboats in the top lock of the Stoke Bruerne flight. The canal museum is the furtherest building of those on the right and is housed in a corn mill which closed in the early 20th century. The middle of the row used to be workers cottages, originally for the corn mill and then canal employees, but are now holiday cottages. The nearest on the right was for many years a shop catering for the needs of boating families, and now houses a restaurant.
