Stintino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sassari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 200 km northwest of Cagliari and about 35 km northwest of Sassari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,194 and an area of 58.4 km2.[1]
