Norb gets "Stinky Toe", a rare disease for beavers that has no cure. Norb believes he should now live on a desert island where no one can smell him. Dag tries to find a cure, but two evil scientists (Number One and Pete) announce they are going to capture all beavers with Stinky Toe and blast them into outer space.

Dag is tired of living in the wild where him and Norb must do everything for themselves. They go to a pet store, and are bought by a "good family" (whose surname happens to be "Goode"). The beavers eventually find out that living with humans isn't quite as easy. Especially with the annoying pepper spray.

- Animation error: When Dag is in the scientists' lab, his ears are painted white instead of black.
