Stimpy is constantly getting fan mail and Ren is jealous because he gets none. In order to make Ren feel better, Stimpy puts him in charge of his fan club but this only makes things worse, causing Ren to contemplate killing Stimpy.

(climbing slowly onto Stimpy)
Look at him! Lying there asleep. The idol of millions! He's a FOOL. Blind...silly...little fool. How easily I could end the farce! With these hands... These DIRTY hands! And with these hands, I hold the fate of millions! They think he's a GOD... but he's as mortal as we...I know! Just one quick TWIST! And it's over... Just... One!
(he goes to strangle Stimpy but he gets a sharp pain in his head)
MY BRAIN! It's happening again! My brain! My hot... stinging... BRAIN!!!
(he is now in front of a wall of fire) AHHH! AHHHH!!!!

[edit] Plot
Ren takes us to his and Stimpy's secret headquarters again, this time, deep inside the lower intesnte of a sperm whale. They abduct 15 year-old Pennsylvanian girl, Susan Fout, to take the oath of servitude. It contains ridiculous things such as memorizing whole episodes and reciting the lines shamelessly in unwelcome situations. After taking the oath, Ren and Stimpy take Susan to the special seat for new members, which is taking the place of a sheep. Then, Stimpy takes us to the second half of the cartoon.
