[edit] Plot

This episode was about Stimpy writing and animating a cartoon, while Ren as producer treats him terribly. Stimpy eventually gets to show his cartoon, "I Like Pink" to his hero Wilbur Cobb.

[edit] Additional Opening Credits

  • Storyboard: Michael Kim and Chris Reccardi
  • Backround Color Design: Scott Wills

[edit] Notes, Goofs, and Trivia

  • Originally, Wilbur Cobb was meant to be Raymond Spum, the supposed namesake of Spumco, but when John K. was fired, he was changed to Wilbur Cobb. He was also conceived as a rotting piece of meat with mushrooms, but Nick changed it to a rotting corpse.
  • The opening credits of this episode are written, in crayon, like a little kid would write them, and most words are misspelled (such as "direkshun" and "Baughb") Some of the letters are written backwards as well.
  • In more recent airings, the writers aren't credited until the end credits. When the episode first aired, only John K. was credited for writing the episode at the beginning of it.
  • As Wilbur Cobb explains how he made "the film", "Hallejulah Chorus" plays in the backround at one point.

[edit] I Like Pink

[edit] Plot

This is the cartoon that Stimpy shows to Wilbur Cobb. It consists of a lady called Poopy wanting to kiss a pup called Explodey. Explodey says, "No". And, probrobly because Stimpy is stupid, Pooopy and Explodey got in an airplane for no reason. In the sea, Poopy says that she's ready for her kiss. But Explodey just says that he has to throw up. But Poopy didn't mind waiting...even for 23 years. But Peg-Pelvis Pete, a man with one leg, tries to kill Explodey and Poopy, but fails. And Poopy finally kisses Explodey.

[edit] Notes, Goofs, and Trivia

  • As Peg-Pelvis Pete try to get Explodey and Poopy, "Stars and Stripes Forever" plays in the backround.
  • Near the end, "The Star Spangled Banner (aka The National Anthem)" plays in the backround.

[edit] Quotes

  • Poopy: Ok, Explodey. I'm ready for my kiss now.
Explodey: I have to throw up now, Poopy.

(card saying, "23 Years Later" appears on-screen)
  • Poopy (with Stimpy's voice): Ren...
Poopy (with her own voice): I mean, Explodey.

[edit] Flod

[edit] Plot

This bumper is about a thing that is neither a toy nor a food, but is fun. It's Flod, the most perfect cube of fact ever! They can withstand temperatures of 2,000,000 degrees fahrenheit! They are also "crash-proof". Beware of imitations (like "blod" and "glod"). There's also a glow-in-the-dark version for Flod fun in the nighttime, and lint-magnetic Flod.
