Stillwell, Wisconsin is a fictional southeastern- Wisconsin city based on Kenosha, Wisconsin and referenced in approximately two dozen popular mid-20th Century detective novels authored by Milton K. Ozaki under both his given name and his nom-de-plume Robert O. Saber.
