[edit] Plot synopsis

An old man is walking by when he see an African thug beat hit a kid. Just as the thug see him, the old man goes to the police. As the authorities comes in, the man prepares to testify in court. However, the thug was watching.

Meanwhile, the Turtles were busy training when Mikey's cellshell started ringing. Apparently it was from Nobody, the black vigilante who Leo and Mikey helped. They arrived at an abandoned building where Nobody had kicked out a thug who was armed with a Triceraton gun. Nobody explained that he had to do that to X-Ray (His informant on the street gang known as the Turks) in case anyone was watching. He needs their help to protect a witness and to take down the Turks. Disguised as a police officer, Nobody got the witness and his wife to leave while Don and Mikey posed as them. When the Turks arrived, they began a big kickout. One got away, which was part of the plan, and Raph, Leo and Nobody followed.

At the Turks' base of operations, X-ray was in trouble because of his involvement with Nobody. He was about to executed when the Turtles and Nobody came in. Nobody convinced all of the Turks except the leader that if they keep fighting, they'll end up in the morgue. One by one, the Turks threw down their jackets and left. The boss of the Turks, brought up a missile launcher but was defeated. As the cops arrested him, the Turtles wondered who sold the Turks Triceraton weaponry.

The scene shift to Hun's car, where he watches a new report of the Turks' disbandment and the testifying. He calls one of his subordinates to scratch the Turks off the recruits list. The car stop at the new Oroku Saki Memorial Library, where Karai was remembering her late father. In her office, she meets Hun who asks her why she still served the Shredder despite the fact he was an Utrom. She responds that the Shredder was her father and she swore to take revenge on those who caused her father's death as the scene shifts to the outside of the library, which is under the Foot's old headquarters.
