Q puts humans, specifically Riker, in another test. With enemies approaching on an unknown world, Q takes the form of Data and informs Riker that he has granted the powers of a Q. Q disappears and returns Data back and Riker whisps Data, Worf, & Geordi back to the USS Enterprise. |

This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low resolution still of a TV series;
- it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the episode in any way;
- it identifies the episode in which Q tries to tempt Riker to join the Q;
- it illustrates the episode in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
