[edit] OBE/CBE etc

Was it really a CBE? He's distinguished, but 39ish seems a little young for a CBE, especially if he didn't receive a lower distinction first, and none is mentioned. Philip 00:38, 12 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] 1959 or 1958

He was born in London in 1958, not 1959, according to the Tate.

The CBE appears to be genuine.

Yes the CBE is genuine, and his first award of that kind for his services to music. Also, the tate is right. it was 58, not 59. But his age and awards dont matter. His playing does, what do you think about that?
