"Stewie Kills Lois" is part one of the two part episode of the FOX animated television series Family Guy. Part one is the season 5 finale and part two, Lois Kills Stewie, the season 6 premiere.
This is considered the 102nd episode (Advertised as 99th) because the 3 episodes that made up Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story are not included in the official episode count of Fox.
The name is used as a sort of irony device; the season 5 premiere's name is Stewie Loves Lois.[1]
