Steven Zaloga

Steven Zaloga (b. 1952) is an expert on military technology. He received a bachelors degree in history from Union College and a masters degree from Columbia University.
He has published many books dealing with modern military technology, and especially Soviet and CIS tanks and armoured warfare.
