Steven J. Willis

Steven J. Willis was a 2006 candidate for governor of South Dakota on the Constitution Party ticket. Willis went on to recive 4,006 votes for 1.2% of the total. He has served in the United States Navy, holds a master's degree, is a licensed preacher, and owns a small business.
