Steve Michalik is bodybuilder most active during the 1970's and 80's. He won a number of titles including Mr. America in 1972 and Mr. Universe in 1975. After a near-death experience due to steroid over-use, he now teaches young teenagers the dangers of steroids and encourages healthy methods of packing on muscle.
