Steve Gonsalves is the technical manager of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS), based in Warwick, Rhode Island and a key member of the team behind the behind the paranormal reality show Ghost Hunters.
Gonsalves, a native of New Bedford, Massachusetts, started investigating the paranormal when he was only 15 and formed New England Paranormal in 2001.[1] Gonsalves occasionally gives lectures on the paranormal, such as one called "Ghostbusters! The Science Behind Paranormal Investigations" which he presented on January 28, 2005 at the Boston Center for Adult Education.[2]
Before Ghost Hunters, Gonsalves was a police officer.[1]
