Steve Czaban ("The Czabe") is an American sports radio personality. He currently hosts Fox Sports Radio's The First Team on Fox from the studios of WTEM in Washington, D.C., co-hosts The Sports Reporters on WTEM and does a daily sports segment for Bob and Brian, a syndicated Wisconsin-area morning show. He hosted GameTime with Steve Czaban on Fox Sports Radio from 2002-2005 and was formerly a guest host on The Jim Rome Show.

Czaban's show opens to the music of Earth Wind and Fire's Boogie Wonderland.

Czaban grew up in McLean, Virginia, where he attended Langley High School and Cooper Middle School. He received a BS in Communications and Political Science from University of California Santa Barbara. He is an avid golf fan. In that capacity, he helped create one of the country's premiere "Ryder Cup" style golf competitions, The Potomac Cup, a yearly three day competition pitting the best amateurs from the State of Maryland vs. the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Czaban is balding prematurely and has an intense dislike of vegetables or any healthy foods.
