Stephen White (Barney)

Stephen White was the author of most of the Barney books and scripts for the TV show, including the first episode to air on PBS. In addition, he appeared in the 1992 episode "The Treasure of Rainbow Beard" as Rainbow Beard himself. White also wrote scripts for the purple dinosaur's traveling concerts and the feature film "Barney's Great Adventure."
