Stephen Vaughan senior

Stephen Vaughan, Sr. is the chairman of Chester City and Widnes Vikings.
He is named in Curtis Warren's biography "The Cocky Watchman"

Stephan Vaughan is also a boxing promoter and a ex-boxer.
Vaughan has previously owned Barrow, during his time there the club had to be shut down for a police investigation to take place after allegations of Curtis Warren owning the Football Club and using his money.
Vaughan took over Chester City in 2003 and has recently made a bid for Tranmere Rovers.
Vaughan is worth an estimated £123,000,000.
