Stephen Tiley is a member of the Pensions Management Institute holding the Retirement Provision Diploma. He is the Group Pensions Manager for Wincanton plc and an author of various articles on topical pensions subjects.

He is a volunteer adviser for the Pensions Advisory Service and qualified financial adviser. Stephen previously worked for Thomson Directoies, House of Fraser, Milk Marketing Board/Dairy Crest and HM Revenue & Customs, commencing his career in pensions in 1986 with the now defunct Occupational Pensions Board.

In his capacity as Pensions & Risk Manager for Thomson Directories he won 3 major pensions industry awards for the Thomson Directories Pension Fund between 2001 and 2003.

Stephen is married to Jill and lives in Chippenham.
