Stephen Taylor is a senior lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School and is the senior examiner (Managing in a Strategic Business Context paper) for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

He is the author of People Resourcing which is the text book for the CIPD's People Resourcing elective (Professional Developmemnt Scheme).[1]
