Stephen McCrossan (born March 13, 1985 in ??) is an Irish football player who plays with Kildare County F.C. in the Eircom League Premier Division.

McCrossan joined Kildare County from the now defunct Dublin City at the beginning of the 2006 season. He has been an ever present in the centre of midfield partnering the other Stephen - Stephen Cooling. McCrossan is the worker and motivator. He works tirelessly up and down the pitch putting in the hard tackles. He only stops running to shout encouragement at his team mates.

In his first season at Kildare County he has already scored his first Eircom League goal when he netted against Monaghan in May. He also netted an own goal in Ballybofey against Finn Harps. And has also seen a red card against Dundalk. He is a player that likes to be involved. He is a hot stud who struts his stuff not only on the field of play but weekly in the vortex.
