Stephen Jay Ross (Stephen Jay Rechnitz) (1927 - 1992) was a U.S. communications businessman. He served as chairman of Warner Communications Incorporated between 1970 and 1990. He then served as chairman of Time Warner Incorporated from 1990 to 1992.
