Stephen Barber

Stephen Barber is a British political scientist and author based at London Metropolitan University's Global Policy Institute where he is a Senior Research Fellow and Head of the City of London and Political Economy programme. He has also worked in the European Research Forum. He is a specialist in British party politics, political economy and having worked in the City of London, the globalisation of financial markets. He holds a BA in government, an MA in contemporary history and a PhD in political science, awarded from London universities.
