Stephen Anderson (producer)

Stephen Anderson (born 8 November 1975 in Edinburgh) is a filmmaker and television producer.

Following some notable appearances as an actor at the Edinburgh International Festival, and various television commercials, he embarked on his film making career studying first in Edinburgh then at Bournemouth Art Institute.

In 2000 his production company Kelpie Films was created as a vehicle to produce television and film Projects out of Scotland. In his first 4 years he produced American Football series' for ITV, a number of acclaimed shortfilms including BAFTA nominated Cannonman which he also co-wrote with business partner Douglas Neilson. The film And So Goodbye also one the Best Documentary at Edinburgh's International Film Festival.
