Stephanie Waring is a British actress born in Urmston, Manchester in 1978. She has appeared in various British television series since 1999, including Nice Guy Eddie, Merseybeat and Holby City but is perhaps best known for playing the role of Cindy Cunningham in the early evening "teen" soap opera, Hollyoaks. She has also acted overseas, playing the lead in the Australian television drama series, Crash Palace in 2001.

On Christmas Day, 2006 she appeared as Emma, a girlfriend of Jason Grimshaw in the top-rated ITV1 soap opera, Coronation Street.
