Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie Johnson is a fictional character on the American soap opera Days of our Lives portrayed by actress Shayna Rose. She is the daughter of supercouple Steve Johnson and Kayla Brady, born on screen in 1990.

After being offscreen for over a decade, Stephanie was brought back to the show in the summer of 2006 at the same time her parents returned to Salem. She had been raised in Los Angeles, California solely by Kayla as they believed her father was dead; this was revealed to be untrue in the summer of 2006.

18 year old Stephanie is an up and coming race car driver, and upon arriving in Salem, began to develop romantic feelings for her uncle, Max Brady, a fellow racer. At the time, Max was involved with his another niece, Chelsea Benson, but Stephanie would soon get a chance to pursue things with Max. Just as things were heating up, they were both involved with a horrific crash at the Salem race track, the result of sabotage by the "gloved one." While Stephanie was recovering in the hospital, Max admitted he wanted to break up with her.

In January 2007, Stephanie received a job offer to work for another racing team in Dayton, Ohio and left Salem. However, she will return on April 20th, and will be portrayed by former Miss Teen USA 2004, Shelley Hennig. [1]

Stephanie's family consists of the entire Brady side through her mother, including her aunts and uncles Bo, Hope, Kim, Shane, Max and Frankie and Roman, as well as her grandparents, Shawn and Caroline. On her father's side, her relatives consist of the Deveraux family, including her uncle Jack Deveraux, his wife, Jennifer Horton, and her cousins Abigail Deveraux and Jack Deveraux, Jr
