Stephanie Hodge (Jackass)

Stephanie Hodge (b. 13 June 1974) was the one and only female Jackass protagonist.[1]
While filming a stunt for Jackass after badly landing a jump while she was riding down a ski hill on an air mattress with Dave England, Hodge broke her back and pelvis in four places, which resulted in her quitting the show. However she appeared in both Jackass: The Movie and Jackass Number Two.
She also had a minor appearance in Coyote Ugly. In 2005, she was named among the "Most Beautiful New Yorkers" by New York Magazine. She currently resides in New York, working as a bartender and model.[2]
