Stenhouse Primary School

Stenhouse Primary School is a school for grades nursery to P7 in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was built in 1930 [1].

In 2005, the school hosted the award ceremony of the Scottish Schools Africa Challenge, attended by First Minister Jack McConnell [2]. In 2006, staff members visited Malawi in order to train 40 local headteacher as part of its "Stenhouse School Leadership Project", funded by Scottish Executive international development [3]. The school is twinned with Embangweni Primary School in northern Malawi.
