Stefano Zerafa (October 9, 1791 - March 25, 1871) was a Maltese doctor who was interested in Maltese Flora. He was Professor of Medicine, Physiology, Pathology and Natural History at the University of Malta from 1815 to 1856. He was the first to classify the Maltese Rock Centaury, the national plant of Malta.
