Steeton with Eastburn is a civil parish in the Metropolitan Borough of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 4,277. The parish includes the villages of Steeton and Eastburn.

It has a small parish school and railway/public transport links to local towns and cities. It also has Airedale Hospital, which lies between Steeton and Eastburn.
