"Steam" is the first planned solo single from Nicole Scherzinger, lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. It was recorded in 2006 with producer Bryan Michael Cox, with a release planned for February 2007, as she announced during the pre-show of the 2006 American Music Awards before The Pussycat Dolls' second album is released. But, the song was then changed to a May 2007 release. This song has already been leaked onto the internet. Scherzinger has confirmed that she has already shot the video for "Steam". On February 11, 2007 "Steam" was heard for the first time on some radio stations in the United States, and iMixes have already begun on iTunes for the song's inclusion in the iTunes System. A remix of "Steam" has been released featuring Eva Trill.
