[edit] Plot synopsis

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

It's business as usual in Drakken's lair. Drakken is attempting to build another doomsday weapon r(The Doomvee, the ultimate off road fighting vehicle), and Shego is being sarcastic about it. Then comes a knock at the door, heralding the arrival of Momma Lipsky, Drakken's overbearing mother. Momma Lipsky has brought Drakken's cousin Eddy over. He's had "trouble with the law" and needs somebody of strong moral fiber to watch over him and to keep him on the straight and narrow (She thinks that Drakken is a radio psychiatrist, and doesn't know that he's trying to take over the world). Cousin Eddy, the black sheep of the Lispky family, turns out to be Motor Ed, mullet-headed mechanical genius and fellow foe of Kim Possible.

Shego: "No no no, you're not going to jack some kid's wheelchair?"
Shego: "No no no, you're not going to jack some kid's wheelchair?"

After hitting on Shego, who hits him back, Motor Ed embroils himself in Drakken's Doomvee plans. First by criticizing them, and then by adding his own mechanical magic to the mix. After getting off to a terse start, Drakken and Motor Ed work out an understanding and head off to "Planet Tool" so Ed can pick up "some tools that aren't so bogus" that they will need to finish the Doomvee. There, they meet up with Kim, who is confused about the new supervillain team, and surprised to hear that they are related. Motor Ed and Drakken escape, after Motor Ed hurls hubcaps at her with enough force to break through walls, throws a huge toolbox at her, spray paints her with red paint, and mockingly calls her 'Red' as he and Drakken escape.

After learning that they have both mixed it up with Kim before, the Lipsky's quickly get on to the subject of Motor Ed's last encounter with the feisty cheerleader, Drakken soon learns how his cousin was beaten with the help of Felix (first introduced in the episode Motor Ed) and his cyberrobotic wheelchair. At which point Drakken hatches plan that is even more diabolical than usual. He's going to steal Felix's chair, and use it to upgrade the Doomvee (surprisingly, Shego sees it as quite low, even for her).

Monique: "Sounds like you're MID. Majorly In Denial"Kim: "Yeah, right. Me, in denial? So not"

Meanwhile, Ron starts spending more time with his friend Felix . First Ron bails on "Ron night"; Kim's traditional night out with him, in order to play Zombie Mayhem (the episodes McGuffin of the week) with Felix, and things escalate from there. Eventually Ron and Felix's friendship reaches the point that Kim is almost completely pushed out onto the sidelines. Leaving her feeling somewhat dejected, and more than a little jealous of how close the boys have become. Not, of course, that she will admit this to herself.

After watching Ron getting on with his life without her, and after having had a little girl-to-girl talk with Monique about the nature of denial, Kim decided to try to join in with Ron and Felix. Only to find that, while she has been best friends with Ron "since forever", there is a whole side to his life that she is neither part of, nor good at (Most of which has to do with traditional "Boy" past times like baseball and video games).

After a few false starts Kim eventually starts to get into the swing of things. Her progress, however, is soon interrupted by the Lipskys. Who burst in, and then out again, taking Felix's wheelchair with them.

Back at Drakken's lair, Shego is underwhelmed by the fact that the Lipskys actually went through with their plan, while Drakken and Motor Ed are overwhelmed by the chairs security systems. Motor Ed also convinces Drakken to set his 'baby mullet' free.

After a brief scuffle, the three of them get the better of the chair and Drakken integrates its technology into the Doomvee. Just as they are finishing up, Team Possible arrives on the scene and battle ensues. Kim quickly out matches Shego and the villains flee in the Doomvee with Team Possible in hot pursuit. However, the tables are quickly tuned when Drakken unleashes the Doomvee's new cyberrobotic upgrades on them. Fortunately, this reversal in fortunes doesn't last long as, with Wade's help, Kim breaks into the frequencies used by the Doomvee's cyberrobotics, and takes control. Turning the Doomvee against its occupants and saving the day once again.

Spoilers end here.

[edit] Trivia

  • Felix's wheelchair was built for him by his mother, a renowned cyberrobotic expert at the Middleton Space Center. It previously featured in the Season 2 episode Motor Ed.
  • When Ron changed the frequency on his wireless controller it ended up with the same frequency on Felix's chair thus later once the trio realized that the Doomvee had the same frequencies Wade hacked into it. Then Kim used Ron's controlled to defeat Drakken, Ed, and Shego.
  • This episode reveals that Drakken and Motor Ed are cousins and that Drakken is not very proud of it either.
  • Ron needs cheat codes to gain an edge on his competition.
  • Continues the theme of two or more supervillains teaming up.
