HI, here am gonna share my experience
6 months back, I bought my dream system... a beautiful macbook... but since the time i have bought it, i have had to go to the shop every month to get it repaired. Once the system is shut it does not start for days... every time i go to the shop, they do some thing... it starts for a while...come back home... do my work and i shut it down... next day morning, i wake up to a dead macbook...
I have not been able to work efficiently because of this, i cannot tell my client that i could not meet the delivery because my macbook would not work... what do i do... i am appalllllllled... feel like dumping this expensive piece of #$%^ that i bought with so much of expectations and love...
Is this what we mean when we say doing things differently...
If you could do anything please let me know...cause i am going to put this up to the highest officials in Apple. user experience??????????? only if i get the chance to experience it.the experience till now has been inexplicable
