This image is being used to show how other science fiction series have used concepts similar to those of the Guardian of Forever. The image is being used to aid commentary, and is not decoration. Furthermore it is low resolution and does not impinge on the copyright-holder's ability to sell the related product. Thus we think this is acceptable for fair use under US fair use laws.
