[edit] == Former Residents Coming to Stanhope for Festival ==
One hundred years of history is being celebrated this summer by Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Stanhope, Iowa. I believe the celebration will take place on June 29 and 29. Stanhope residents and former residents are coming to town, including Shirley, James, and Carol Rose Stark. Shirley and Carol are driving down from Rochester, Minnesota. Does anyone need a ride?
The entire community, friends of the church, , friends of Stanhope, or friends of former church members are all invited. Who knows, there may be lutefisk and lefse! The Scandanavians are set to come and enjoy. Does anyone know if we need advance tickets to events? Someone get Wayne Romp to give us news. --65.41.251.109 17:20, 29 May 2005 (UTC)Carol
