Talk:Stamps.com

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As a small business user of Stamps.com, I'm not thrilled. We signed up for a free trial and never used it. To cancel our account (our credit card is billed automatically till we do), I first logged into our account and then went to Support FAQs and clicked on the Cancel My Account link. That link brought me to a phone number. That phone number walked me through a menu to the "if you want to cancel your account, press 2" choice. After pressing 2, I got a recording telling me to hang up and dial a different number. I've now been on hold at that number for 10 minutes. The recording "All of our analysts are still busy" plays every minute, followed by a loud BEEP! each time. The hold music is piano solos which are very shrill and ear piercing.

Seems like good business for Stamps.com. Painful for me!

[10/31/2006] If you google for "stamps.com fraud" you will find you're not alone.
