Stauffers syndrome

Renal Cell carcinoma along with para neoplastic syndromes is know as Stauffers syndrome.[citation needed]

Stauffer's syndrome is associated with leukocytosis and hepatic dysfunction without the primary tumor involving the liver.It is a rare para neoplastic condition, usually associated to renal cell carcinoma, lymphoma or leiomyosarcoma . It can also involve hepatomegaly, hepatic dysfunction, in addition to DIC and fibrinolysis, .
