State of Shock is D.I.'s fifth full-length studio album, which was released in 1994. To date, it is the band's last studio recording.

- After the release of this album, D.I. disbanded for good in 1995. However, after reuniting in 2002, there was talk of a follow-up to this album, but it had not surfaced.
- This album marked the return of D.I.'s original drummer John Knight.
