Starr (a.k.a Nebula) is a frequently recurring fictional character in the television show 6teen. She first appeared in the episode, The Five Finger Discount. She is one of, if not the most, prominent love interests for Jude Lizowski.

Starr is a practicing vegan, who works at Vegan Island. In The Five Finger Discount Jude falls in love with a chair named "Betty", and Nikki and Wyatt plot to set Jude up on a date forget about the chair. Nikki and Wyatt set Jude up on a blind date, but after the girl discovers Jude is in love with a chair, she opts to leave him. After that failed date, Jude runs into Starr and they immediately form a bond which causes Jude to forget about "Betty".
Jude and Starr went on their first date in the episode "The Khaki Girl". Jude forgets to put Jonesy's "chunklits" into the freezer, and ends up eating them. Although, unbeknownst to him it was spoiled. At the movies with Starr, she and Jude share their first kiss. It ends horribly. Jude begins to feel nauseous because of the spoiled meat and he vomits in her mouth. Starr eventually forgives him, and the two started dating. Starr later on went to reappear in many more episodes after that. Jude once broke up with her because of Jonesy's bad advice, but eventually fixed his mistake.
In "Lights Out" Starr gets a new identity and look. She gains a Goth persona and look, and changes her name to "Nebula". Jude tried to cope with her sudden change and he too transformed into a Goth, under the name "Judas". All does not work out, and Starr breaks up with Jude, feeling she has so much to still see and do but promised they would always stay friends. She has yet to appear in any more episodes after that.

Starr is a vegetarian who obviously does not eat meat. She loves to tell stories, which are perceived as boring by most of the gang. She regularly roller blades and tries to come up with new recipes for her job at "Vegan Island". She is always there to help her friends, and is open to new ideas.
When Starr transformed into a Goth, she was more depressing and worshiped the "grim reaper". She wasn't scared of horror movies and hung out with other Goths.

Starr was one of Jude's girlfriends, and the one Jude had been with for the longest time. When Nebula turned into a goth one day and told Jude that she had changed her name to Nebula they slowly drifted apart until they eventually broke up.
Starr tried to help Wyatt get over Serena by taking him to a poetry reading.

Starr is perceived as odd and "freaky" by the other members (specifically Jonesy), but despite this, she is regularly welcomed by them and usually hung out with them.

Starr's new goth friends (where she calls herself Nebula) who became friends with the gang after they all saw a horror film. Even as goths, during the episode entitled, Lights Out, Marilyn shows his true skills in basketball when he shoots an amazing shot at the Penalty Box. Axe is tall and has many tattoos, hair pulled to one side. Morgana also shows that she was an innocent girl Caitlin knew in summer tennis camp, Haley.

Jude was one of Starr's boyfriends. When Nebula turned into a goth one day and told Jude that she had changed her name to Nebula. They slowly drifted apart because of this until they eventually broke up.

- Jude's vomiting in Starr's mouth has been one of the most referenced moments in the show. It was again shown in Dude of the Living Dead, where Jude shared one last kiss with, in which vomited in her mouth after seeing a zombie Jen. After Jude discovers it was a dream and kisses her again, Jonesy says "Score! And extra points for not vomiting in her mouth this time!"
