Stara Bingula (Стара Бингула) is a village located in the Sremska Mitrovica municipality, in the Srem District of Serbia. It is situated in the autonomous province of Vojvodina. This is the only ethnically mixed settlement in the Sremska Mitrovica municipality with relative Serb majority. Village population is 190 people (2002 census).
