Star Peru, formerly called Star Up, is an airline based in Lima, Peru. It is a scheduled airline operating passenger and cargo flights in Peru. It now operates extensive scheduled domestic services.

The airline was established in 1998 as Servicio de Transporte Aéreo Regional by founder, and Chief Executive, Valentin Kasyanov. Operations started with just one Antonov An-32 aircraft.
